For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned especially once worn.
However, we accept returns/exchanges if:

✔ You received the wrong item

✔ The item arrived damaged

Conditions:

Return the package and report issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 3–7 working days.

No refunds for:

Change of mind

The wrong order was placed by the customer

Items damaged due to misuse, chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure.

7. WARRANTY

Stainless steel and titanium items come with tarnish-resistant assurance, but must be handled with care.

Real gold items come with an authenticity guarantee.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
